Support

Kiddlewood is published by Tosemum Holdings LLC. This page explains how to get help, raise a safety concern, and delete your account.

General help

For questions about your account, the app, or a business listing, email hello@kiddlewood.com.

You can also reach us from inside the app: open Settings and tap Contact us. To open Settings, parents go to the Profile tab and businesses go to the Dashboard, then tap the settings icon at the top of the screen.

Safety concerns

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

To raise a safety concern with us, email safety@kiddlewood.com. Include screenshots or the name on the profile if you can. You can also report and block people inside the app.

Report someone or something in the app

  1. Open the family's profile, the business page, the conversation, or the activity. On a connection request, tap the person's name or photo to open their profile.
  2. Tap the ⋯ menu, then Report. In a chat, press and hold a message from someone else, then tap Report message. On a neighbourhood alert posted by someone else, tap the flag icon on the alert.
  3. Choose a reason. Child safety is one of the reasons. You can add details if you wish.
  4. Submit. Only our team sees your report, and the person you report is not told who reported them.

Block someone in the app

  1. Open the family's profile, the business page, the conversation, or the activity. On a connection request, tap the person's name or photo to open their profile.
  2. Tap the ⋯ menu, then Block user (or Block business on a business page). In a chat, press and hold their message, then tap Block. The same option is offered right after you submit a report.
  3. Confirm. You won't see them or their messages any more, and they won't see you in Families Near You. They are not notified.

You can unblock someone at any time in Settings → Blocked users.

Delete your account

You can delete your Kiddlewood account yourself at any time, inside the app:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Delete My Account.
  3. Confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
